Growing into who you're meant to be

How  can  therapy  help?

Therapy provides a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. It helps you develop coping strategies, gain self-awareness, and work through challenges that feel overwhelming alone.

Whether dealing with anxiety, depression, relationships, or life transitions, therapy offers tools for meaningful change. Your therapist guides you to identify patterns, process emotions, and discover your inner resources for healing.

Through this process, people often find symptom relief, stronger relationships, emotional resilience, and clearer direction. Therapy isn't about being fixed—it's about understanding yourself more fully and developing skills to live authentically and peacefully.

01. Consultation

During your initial consultation, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and determine if we're a good fit. You'll learn about my approach while I gain understanding of your unique situation and needs.

02. Treatment

Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals. Through regular sessions, you'll explore patterns, develop new coping skills, and work through challenges in a supportive environment. This collaborative process unfolds at your pace as you build insight and resilience.

03. Integration

As you progress, we'll focus on integrating your new insights and skills into daily life. You'll practice applying what you've learned, celebrate growth, and prepare for maintaining positive changes. When you're ready, we'll discuss transitioning to less frequent sessions or concluding therapy with confidence.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Who is Ashley Saccoach?

I'm a licensed mental health counselor living just outside of Boston, MA with my partner and our two giant lap dog Great Danes (yes, they think they're lapdogs). When I'm not in the therapy room, you can usually find me curled up with a good book, making art, learning ASL or reflecting over a tarot reading. I'm a proud elder emo, so you'll often catch me at concerts reliving my favorite music moments.

Since starting in this field, I've worked with individuals in crisis, families, and students across different settings. But there's always been one common thread: people want to feel seen, heard, and truly connected. That's what I strive to create in every session.
